About the Role
You will manage and grow a portfolio of merchants and payment partners for Unlimit's acquiring business across APAC. This is a hunting and farming role where you will identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, and build long-term, strategic relationships. You will work closely with merchants, payment partners, and internal teams to drive commercial growth, optimize account performance, and deliver a best-in-class experience. You will report to Unlimit's Head of APAC Account Management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the payments industry, with a strong understanding of acquiring, merchant services, or payment partnerships
- Proven experience managing merchants and/or payment partners, with the ability to grow accounts commercially
- Comfortable owning both hunting and farming responsibilities, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Able to analyze performance data and clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Proactive, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Works well across teams and contributes to a fun, high-performance culture
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with key merchants and payment partners to ensure mutual growth and long-term success
- Identify new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue and adoption of Unlimit solutions
- Monitor KPIs, optimize account performance, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to improve ways of working and enhance the merchant experience
- Represent the company as a trusted partner in every interaction
- Manage multiple accounts and stakeholders, delivering results within challenging timelines
