About the Role
You will own the master schedule in Primavera P6 from pursuit through closeout. You will establish schedule logic, interpret project documents and dependencies, run schedule-quality checks, identify slippage, conduct what-if analysis, and create recovery plans.
Requirements
- 8+ years of construction scheduling experience
- Mastery of Oracle Primavera P6
- Experience scheduling large industrial, mission-critical, or hyperscale data center projects
- Knowledge of CPM scheduling theory and DCMA 14-point standards
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings and specifications
- Experience integrating procurement, utility, and permitting dependencies into master schedules
Responsibilities
- Own the master schedule from pursuit through closeout
- Develop WBS, logic, calendars, constraints, and critical paths in Primavera P6
- Run DCMA 14-point schedule health checks
- Defend schedule logic and float
- Translate drawings, procurement, utility, and permitting dependencies into schedules
- Identify slippage and develop recovery plans
