About the Role
You will lead the integrated master schedule for data-center construction delivery. You will consolidate contractor schedules, analyze critical paths and risks, establish schedule standards, validate progress, report performance, and coordinate contractors to resolve sequencing conflicts and support recovery planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an integrated master program schedule.
- Establish schedule architecture standards and coding structures.
- Manage construction interfaces, dependencies, and hand-offs.
- Administer LoadSpring-hosted Primavera P6 environments.
- Perform critical path analysis.
- Conduct schedule quality reviews and drive corrective action.
- Use SmartPM analytics to assess schedule health and contractor performance.
- Produce schedule performance reporting for leadership.
- Lead schedule risk analysis and Monte Carlo simulation where applicable.
- Establish contractor schedule-submission and reporting requirements.
- Review contractor schedules for logic, resource loading, and milestone alignment.
- Facilitate schedule integration workshops and interface meetings.
- Hold contractors accountable to committed dates and support recovery planning.
- Validate reported progress through contractor-office and site visits.
- Align schedule plans with budget and resource plans.
