About the Role
You will own P6 CPM schedules for greenfield data center builds from baseline through closeout. You will track cost and productivity, drive critical-path recovery, lead schedule reviews, build delivery reporting, and complete as-built schedules and cost records.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on P6 CPM scheduling and cost controls
- Experience with greenfield hyperscale or data center builds, or construction programs of $500M or more
- Expertise in Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite
- Ability to quantify schedule and cost outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication for schedule decisions
- Based in Austin or willing to relocate
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship or visa transfer
Responsibilities
- Own P6 CPM schedules from baseline through closeout
- Track costs and productivity against budgets and baselines
- Identify and quantify critical-path schedule recovery options
- Lead schedule reviews with general contractors and trade partners
- Build look-aheads, earned-value reporting, and milestone dashboards
- Close out projects with as-built schedules and cost records
