About the Role
You will advise customers during onboarding and help them deploy the platform in production. You will provide early technical assistance, guide technical decisions, and work concurrently with multiple customers to deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical role.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Python, Scala, or SQL.
- Knowledge of end-to-end data analytics workflows.
- Professional or academic experience with data engineering or data warehousing technologies.
- Written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities
