About the Role
You will design and build Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components. You will translate business needs into technical designs, guide integrations and security, improve DevOps delivery, mentor colleagues, manage releases, and help resolve escalated user-support cases.
Requirements
- Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Apex

- Stakeholder management
- At least three to four hours of daily overlap with U.S. Eastern time
Responsibilities
- Design and build Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Write SOQL against the custom object model
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs
- Evaluate solution trade-offs across systems and integrations
- Prevent platform, API, integration, and data-integrity risks
- Lead system security and data-compliance work
- Evaluate and manage Salesforce features and third-party tools
- Mentor team members and review technical work
- Resolve escalated user-support cases
- Implement DevOps practices and deployment pipelines
- Manage releases or mentor release managers
- Contribute to AI-enabled development workflows
