About the Role
You will act as the technical point of contact for partners, helping them scope, design, build, test, and launch integrations on Aave infrastructure. You will design reference architectures and SDK templates, build proofs of concept and demos, troubleshoot integration issues, document best practices, and coordinate with engineering and product to ensure robust, scalable deployments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in solutions architecture partner engineering or blockchain development
- Experience ideally within Fintech Crypto or Web3
- Technical fluency with ability to read Solidity and Rust
- Proven ability to translate business goals and partner requirements into scalable technical designs
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple partner integrations autonomously and maintain project momentum
- Strong curiosity for DeFi and enthusiasm for open financial infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Business Development as technical subject matter expert
- Support pre-integration scoping and visualize how Aave integrates with partner stacks
- Act as primary technical contact through integration design build and deployment
- Design and document reference architectures SDK templates and integration patterns
- Build and test proofs of concept demos and example integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during integration
- Relay partner needs and technical insights to Engineering and Product
- Align internal stakeholders on timelines dependencies and progress across integrations
