About the Role

You will design sales enablement programs, deliver training, support onboarding, and improve sales quality. You will use performance data and call recordings to identify gaps, provide feedback, and recommend process and KPI improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales enablement, training, or a related role in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and CRM tools
  • Experience with quality assurance frameworks and performance coaching
  • Ability to design and deliver training for diverse audiences
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Familiarity with banking or fintech
  • Experience with Babelforce or similar call performance tools
  • Sales training or coaching certification

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enablement strategies for the inside sales team
  • Develop product knowledge materials and training sessions with product teams
  • Create and maintain sales scripts, playbooks, objection-handling guides, and reference materials
  • Track performance using sales tools and CRM platforms
  • Deliver training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance
  • Support new agents through onboarding and transition into their product areas
  • Identify skill gaps and tailor training programs with sales leaders
  • Develop e-learning and microlearning resources
  • Develop quality monitoring frameworks with the QA team
  • Analyze sales data and call recordings to identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide actionable performance feedback to team members
  • Report quality metrics and recommend process and KPI improvements
