About the Role
You will manage end-to-end billing workflows, contract administration, and revenue reconciliation. You will oversee payment matching, bank reconciliations, invoicing, credit notes, commercial adjustments, client accounts, purchase orders, and billing setups. You will resolve administrative and billing issues, support B2B clients, maintain operational documentation, and drive automation and process-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Administration, Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash, or a related B2B operational role
- Expertise in Purchase Order lifecycles, contract validation, and public or enterprise billing portals
- Understanding of billing workflows and transactional accounting, including reconciliation and balance follow-up
- Proficiency with internal management consoles, Jira, and spreadsheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English
- Ability to prioritize and manage high workloads
Responsibilities
- Oversee bank transfers, payment matching, and bank reconciliations
- Manage customer invoicing, credit notes, commercial adjustments, and contract compliance
- Resolve administrative and billing issues with stakeholders
- Supervise invoice submissions and validation workflows on payment platforms
- Maintain client accounts, purchase orders, and billing setups in CRM and ERP consoles
- Provide operational follow-up for B2B clients
- Identify bottlenecks, document standard operating procedures, and drive automation initiatives
