About the Role

You will operationalize, audit, document, and improve safety processes across global operations. You will lead incident response and safety reporting, analyze safety performance, run tabletop drills, develop training, and align operational, engineering, and customer stakeholders on safety practices.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience managing safety systems in highly regulated transportation industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Experience in operational safety, risk management, or safety assurance in a fleet, logistics, or engineering environment
  • Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and present insights
  • Understanding of relevant safety standards and guidelines
  • Ability to develop and implement safety processes and procedures

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, audit, document, and implement safety processes across global operations
  • Translate regulatory, safety, engineering, legal, and operational considerations into processes, standards, playbooks, and decision-making structures
  • Drive safety escalations and decisions to closure
  • Track and analyze safety performance indicators, trends, and anomalies
  • Lead incident response and internal safety reporting
  • Lead incident response tabletop drills
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, customers, and business teams on safety practices
