About the Role
You will oversee first-line UK brokerage operations, execute controls, and support launches and process changes. You will manage service-provider performance, maintain operating procedures, improve processes using AI and data, and partner on regulatory frameworks, incidents, and remediation.
Requirements
- Based in the United Kingdom and able to work in the London office at least three days per week
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of financial-services operational experience
- Experience with UK brokerage operations, CASS rules, and tax wrappers
- Experience with ISA servicing, transfers, reconciliations, and exception handling
- Experience coordinating large cross-functional projects
- Experience managing outsourced operational partners and SLAs
- Data-analysis experience
- Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment certifications
Responsibilities
- Support the launch, improvement, and scaling of UK operations, products, tools, and systems
- Own first-line oversight of UK brokerage operations
- Ensure daily operations comply with FCA CASS regulations and support FCA Consumer Duty outcomes
- Monitor operational business-partner performance against intercompany agreements and SLAs
- Improve processes using AI and data to reduce operational risk
- Maintain operational standard operating procedures and processes
- Implement and operate regulatory frameworks and controls
- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, control remediation, and operational readiness work
