You will monitor and investigate chemical and explosives harms, make enforcement decisions, and improve detection, triage, escalation, and review workflows. You will analyze threat patterns, document evidence, and partner with policy, threat intelligence, data science, and engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree or professional experience in a chemistry-related field
• Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or policy enforcement at platform scale
• Experience using generative AI tools for content-review and enforcement workflows
• Experience using AI tools to develop data dashboards for metrics collection
• Ability to analyze ambiguous situations and make defensible decisions under time pressure
• Written communication skills and ability to explain technical chemistry concepts

Responsibilities

• Enforce usage policies and mitigate chemical and explosives risks
• Own monitoring workflows across detection, investigation, triage, and escalation
• Analyze platform activity for chemical and explosives threat patterns
• Design scalable automated enforcement and review workflows
• Investigate potential violations and document supporting evidence
• Improve detection methods and review workflows
• Optimize detection models with Engineering and Data Science
• Contribute to risk-assessment frameworks with Policy and Threat Intelligence
• Handle escalations and time-sensitive chemical and explosives violations
