About the Role

You will design and operate identity and access-control enforcement workflows. You will set collection and access policies, manage hard cases and review queues, improve verification outcomes, and coordinate with legal, policy, privacy, and platform partners.

Requirements

• Experience in trust and safety, integrity, or risk policy work
• Hands-on experience owning or quality-checking live enforcement queues
• Expertise in KYC, identity verification, age or identity assurance, or verification program operations
• Experience navigating regulatory frameworks including the DSA and GDPR
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy partners
• SQL or similar data-analysis skills
• Written communication skills
• Ability to make consistent, defensible decisions on ambiguous cases

Responsibilities

• Set collection policy for identity signals and access reinstatement evidence
• Improve verification accuracy, appeal coverage, and outcome consistency
• Own access policy for geographic restrictions and reseller arrangements
• Run access-control case queues and quality-assure scaled reviews
• Coordinate with Legal, Public Policy, Privacy, and third-party platform partners
• Develop graduated enforcement, verification, reinstatement, and appeal pathways
