You will support customers across multiple branch locations, build relationships through proactive conversations, identify financial needs, recommend banking products and services, support account openings and credit applications, process cash transactions, use digital tools, and coordinate referrals to specialists.
Requirements
- 6+ months of customer interaction experience or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education
- Financial services or regulated customer-facing experience
- Customer relationship-building experience
- Active listening and follow-up
- Digital tools and technology experience
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners
- Ability to follow policies and regulations
- SAFE registration
