About the Role
You will design, implement, and monitor import and export compliance processes across countries and regions. You will analyze trade regulations, manage compliance controls, coordinate stakeholders, train business teams, and resolve international shipping, customs, and documentation issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, Law, or a related analytical or regulatory field
- At least 6 years of experience managing global trade compliance or import/export operations
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to present complex regulatory or supply-chain data clearly to technical teams and business leadership
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement import and export compliance programs across countries and regions
- Execute and enforce import and export processes with regional teams
- Research and analyze trade requirements and regulatory obligations
- Improve compliance efficiency and reduce risk
- Analyze customs valuation, duty mitigation, supply-chain models, and trade barriers
- Integrate compliance programs with business and supply-chain operations
- Coordinate with Legal, Tax, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering
- Build and deliver trade-compliance training
- Educate leadership on compliance execution
- Manage international shipping logistics and resolve customs and documentation issues
