About the Role
You will manage import and export shipments, customs documents, tariff classification, warehouse receiving, picking, shipping, material flows, and logistics data in Odoo. You will also support purchasing, order processing, and warehouse work when needed.
Requirements
- Professional experience in logistics, customs, or freight forwarding
- Fluent German
- Good English
Responsibilities
- Manage import and export shipments, including customs documents, Incoterms, and freight forwarding coordination
- Calculate origin and preference and classify components using HS codes
- Manage goods receiving, picking, and component shipping
- Coordinate and schedule material flows, including dropshipping, warehouse shipping, and spare parts
- Maintain logistics master data and processes in Odoo
- Support purchasing, order processing, and warehouse operations
