About the Role
You will design and develop production planning software for robot arms and mobile bases. You will build algorithm benchmarking and deployment infrastructure, develop simulation CI pipelines, write reliable Python and C++ software, debug hardware at customer sites, collaborate across disciplines, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience in robotics planning and control
- Experience with AMRs or mobile manipulators
- Experience developing and deploying classical or ML-based motion-planning methods
- Professional fluency in English

Responsibilities
- Design and develop production-quality planning software
- Build and maintain infrastructure for planning-algorithm execution, benchmarking, and deployment
- Build simulation CI pipelines to validate planner behavior
- Write production-grade Python and C++ software for safety-critical operation
- Collaborate with perception, hardware, firmware, and deployment teams
- Mentor junior engineers and uphold engineering best practices
