About the Role
You will lead working students who prepare and run robotics demonstrations. You will coordinate schedules, setups, and on-site execution; operate and adapt demo systems; collaborate on handovers with development; mentor students; troubleshoot mechatronic issues; and support trade fairs, customer visits, and internal showcases.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of professional experience
- Have experience assembling, commissioning, and maintaining robotic or automation hardware
- Have experience with robot arms, cameras, AGVs, grippers, or sensors
- Coordinate a team of working students
- Hold a master's degree in mechatronics, robotics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Use CAD for fixtures, mounts, or mechanical adaptations
- Program in Python or C++
- Communicate fluently in English
Responsibilities
- Lead working students who prepare and run robotics demonstrations
- Coordinate demo schedules, setups, and on-site execution
- Operate, maintain, and adapt robotic demo systems using AgileCore
- Collaborate on demo-system handovers and refinements
- Mentor students on robotic hardware, software workflows, and presentation
- Diagnose and resolve mechatronic and system issues
- Support trade fairs, customer visits, and internal showcases
