About the Role
You will perform routine maintenance and inspections on humanoid robots, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues, and repair the fleet. You will maintain maintenance records, develop diagnostic tools and procedures, follow assembly documentation, collaborate to resolve issues, and occasionally travel to customer or development-partner sites.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience working with complex systems
- Use computer-based tools, including CMD prompt, Google Suite, and in-house development GUIs
- Use electrical diagnostic tools, including scopes, digital multimeters, and current probes
- Use torque tools and perform mechanical assembly
- Read PCB and harness schematics
- Apply full-system architecture diagnostics and organized diagnostic processes
- Remove and replace mechanical components weighing up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of the humanoid robot fleet
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-based issues
- Work with engineering, build, validation, and fabrication teams to resolve issues
- Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance and repair records
- Develop tools and document diagnostic procedures for process improvement
- Travel occasionally to customer or development-partner sites
- Follow assembly documentation
- Work under short timelines when needed
