About the Role
You will own and build electronics assemblies at scale, occasionally create hardware prototypes, and maintain the robot fleet. You will troubleshoot failures, improve assembly and testing procedures, manage component and tool inventory, and support field testing.
Requirements
- Understand electronics fundamentals
- Have hands-on hardware assembly and debugging experience
- Perform soldering, cabling, wiring and crimping
- Use hand tools for mechanical assembly
- Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks
- Communicate and organize work effectively
- Have a relevant diploma or equivalent
- Have at least 2 years of comparable work experience
Responsibilities
- Own production assembly batches for the robot fleet
- Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to refine designs
- Implement and improve electronic assembly and testing procedures
- Troubleshoot electronic components and systems
- Manage inventory for electronic components and tools
- Support field tests of robotic systems
- Maintain the robot fleet and perform health checks
