About the Role
You will lead robotic-system installations and commissioning at customer facilities across Europe. You will coordinate deployments, integrate hardware, perform mechanical and electrical installation work, test systems, diagnose issues, train customers, document configurations, and improve deployment processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience deploying robotic systems, automation equipment, or industrial machinery
- Experience leading or coordinating technical installations or field deployments
- Hands-on experience with robotic workcells, automation systems, or industrial equipment
- Knowledge of ROS 2, robotic system architecture, or industrial automation systems
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar programming languages
- Troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and software systems
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system layouts
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 75% across Europe
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation and commissioning of robotic systems
- Coordinate deployments with engineering teams, contractors, and customer personnel
- Plan safe and efficient installation workflows
- Install and integrate robotic arms, grippers, sensors, cameras, and mobile platforms
- Perform mechanical and electrical installation work
- Test and validate systems on site
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues
- Repair or replace hardware components
- Optimize system performance
- Train and support customer teams
- Document installation procedures and configurations
- Support customer sites remotely between deployments
