About the Role
You will diagnose, repair, test, and validate humanoid robots and their subsystems. You will complete maintenance work, document root causes and corrective actions, execute validation procedures, maintain service records, identify recurring failures, and provide feedback that improves robot reliability and fleet uptime.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in robotics, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, electronics, or another hands-on technical field
- Experience assembling, maintaining, or repairing electromechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Experience using measurement and diagnostic tools such as calipers, multimeters, and torque tools
- Ability to work safely around electrical systems, lift components, and perform hands-on work for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Complete repairs and maintenance activities that safely return robots to service
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and system-level failures and document root causes and corrective actions
- Execute validation and test procedures for repaired robots
- Maintain accurate service records for reliability analysis and product improvement
- Identify recurring failure trends and provide feedback to engineering and operations
