About the Role
You will assemble, adjust, disassemble, and finish mechanical products using tools and machinery. You will set up production equipment, ensure component availability, install ducts and wiring, inspect assemblies, identify nonconformities, complete quality records, and meet safety, quality, and delivery requirements.
Requirements
- CAP, BEP, CQPM, or professional experience
- Knowledge of hydraulic circuits, electricity, mechanics, and electromechanics
- Knowledge of production indicators, quality standards, and safety rules
- Ability to read plans and schematics
- Ability to use optical instruments, power tools, hand tools, and dimensional measuring tools
- Knowledge of sanding techniques
- H0B0/H2B2 certification
- Overhead-crane, Category 3 forklift, and aerial-platform qualifications

- Assemble, adjust, and disassemble mechanical products
- Set up and adjust production machines and tooling
- Ensure component and material availability for assembly
- Inject materials during assembly
- Finish products
- Install ducts and wiring
- Inspect, position, and secure assembly components
- Check product and equipment conformity
- Identify and report nonconformities
- Complete quality documentation
- Meet project deadlines and safety requirements
