About the Role

You will lead the PM repair and maintenance shift for complex electromechanical robots. You will establish diagnostic, repair, validation, failure-tracking, and return-to-service workflows; improve turnaround time and reliability; work with engineering and manufacturing partners; and mentor repair technicians and service engineers.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in electromechanical repair, maintenance, sustaining engineering, or related technical operations
• Experience leading technical teams in manufacturing, robotics, automotive, aerospace, or high-reliability industries
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing complex hardware systems
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving startup environments

Responsibilities

• Lead the PM repair and maintenance operation for robotic systems
• Establish workflows for diagnostics, repair, validation, failure tracking, and return to service
• Improve repair turnaround time, repeat-failure reduction, and operational throughput
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions to improve reliability and serviceability
• Develop and mentor repair technicians and diagnostic or service engineers
