About the Role
You will perform robotic inspections at customer sites while following safety procedures and protecting data integrity. When not in the field, you will repair, clean, and maintain electromechanical robotic equipment. You will communicate with customers, collect product feedback, complete field documentation, and support field specialists.
Requirements
- Experience in oil and gas or similar industrial environments
- Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical devices and tools
- Valid TWIC card or ability to obtain one
- Ability to travel 75% of the time and up to 90% during peak periods
- Ability to work in machine shops, confined spaces, at heights, and varied weather conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per day
- Ability to wear a respirator
Responsibilities
- Perform in-field robotic inspections at customer sites
- Follow safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment
- Operate robotic inspection equipment and ensure data integrity
- Communicate effectively with customers and execute work successfully
- Repair, clean, and maintain robotic equipment
- Maintain compliance with schedules
- Collect and relay customer and product feedback
- Complete trip reports, expense reports, and field paperwork
- Maintain knowledge of service offerings and tools
- Use assembly tools including hand drills, drill presses, and grinders
- Support Robot and Field AUT Specialists in the field and shop
- Maintain compliance with customer background-check and drug-screening requirements
