About the Role

You will manage document control for a large-scale data-centre construction project. You will maintain accurate, traceable records; control document versions, workflows, approvals, and distribution; support audits; coordinate information with project stakeholders; and improve digital document-management practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of document-control or information-management experience in data-centre or mission-critical construction
  • Proficiency in Procore
  • Knowledge of construction documentation, revision control, and approval workflows
  • Fluent English
  • Norwegian preferred

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage document control systems for construction projects
  • Log, version-control, and trace project documentation
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and formatting before release
  • Manage document workflows, approvals, and distribution through Procore
  • Implement compliant document-control protocols
  • Maintain audit trails for submissions and approvals
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate records
  • Coordinate information flow with project managers, designers, contractors, suppliers, and partners
  • Provide document-control training and support
  • Prepare document-status reports and dashboards
  • Improve document-control procedures and automation
  • Archive project documentation at close-out
