About the Role

You will coordinate RFPs and client DDQs from request through delivery. You will communicate issues oversee quality manage deadlines support automation and standardization initiatives collaborate with firmwide partners and maintain and audit content in the RFP management system.

Requirements

• Postgraduate MBA in Finance from a reputable institute
• CFA or FRM certification is an advantage
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in investment management asset management or the financial industry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of financial markets asset classes and geographies
• Project management collaborative writing critical reading and editing skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint and RFP content management systems
• Experience with Diligence Vault is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completion of new business RFPs and client DDQs
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of requests
• Communicate potential issues proactively and provide quality oversight
• Manage workload to meet assigned deadlines
• Support automation standardization and capacity building initiatives
• Collaborate with Strategy Teams Sales Operations Legal and Compliance Human Resources and other departments
• Maintain and audit core content in the RFP content management system
