About the Role
You will derive RF subsystem requirements, create schematics, guide PCB layout, and validate RF circuit boards and assemblies. You will develop test procedures, support manufacturing and system integration, contribute to design reviews and customer meetings, and assess technical proposals and trade studies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a Master's degree emphasizing RF
- 6 or more years of RF hardware and schematic design experience from UHF to Ka-band
- Experience designing LNAs and power amplifiers up to 10W at Ka/Ku-band
- Experience with RF analysis, simulation, PCB layout, and testing from UHF to Ka-band
- Experience with RF test equipment and lab practices
- Ability to support multiple projects and production activities
- Must be a U.S. Person
Responsibilities
- Derive and document RF subsystem requirements
- Produce RF schematics
- Lay out or guide PCB layout
- Validate, troubleshoot, and test RF circuit boards and assemblies
- Develop RF test procedures
- Support PCBA manufacturing and integration
- Provide system integration and test troubleshooting
- Support design reviews, customer meetings, proposals, and trade studies
