About the Role

You will architect and maintain the revenue technology stack, including integrations across HubSpot, Clay, Superset, Claude, APIs, webhooks, and automation middleware. You will own HubSpot data, workflows, custom objects, and syncs; build enrichment and prospecting workflows; implement AI-assisted operational processes; activate product telemetry; and turn Sales and Marketing ideas into reliable automated workflows.

Requirements

  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU
  • 2+ years of RevOps engineering experience in a B2B technology sales environment
  • Experience building and managing workflows using HubSpot, Clay, and n8n
  • Understanding of CRM schemas, custom objects, relational data structures, and lifecycle funnel logic
  • Ability to engineer repeatable automated solutions from vague GTM strategy requests
  • Experience using Claude, multi-agent workflows, and automation tooling
  • Ability to own complex systems end-to-end and explain measurable impact

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable integrations across HubSpot, Clay, Superset, Claude, webhooks, APIs, and automation middleware
  • Maintain HubSpot custom objects, workflows, data syncs, and data health
  • Design and manage automated enrichment waterfalls and prospecting workflows in Clay
  • Implement AI agents and LLM-assisted workflows for lead qualification, outreach, CRM updates, and sales enablement
  • Surface product intent signals and activate them in sales and marketing systems
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate revenue ideas into automated software workflows
