About the Role
You will design, build, and maintain the go-to-market technology stack, including CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, and connected data systems. You will create integrations, automate workflows, improve data quality, develop AI-powered processes, and support reporting and forecasting infrastructure.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or technical Sales or Marketing Operations
- Experience administering and customizing Salesforce CRM, including objects, flows, permissions, and integrations
- SQL skills and data warehouse experience
- Experience building integrations with APIs and automation platforms
- Systems thinking and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain the GTM technology stack
- Design integrations and data flows between GTM systems and the data warehouse
- Build automations for data hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and deal desk processes
- Develop AI-powered and agent-based workflows
- Ensure data integrity through data models, deduplication, validation rules, and monitoring
- Support reporting, dashboards, and forecasting infrastructure
- Evaluate, implement, and retire tools as the business scales
