About the Role

You will take ownership of driving user engagement and revenue growth across the Syndica platform, with a particular focus on creatively unlocking new opportunities within a highly targeted and limited market. You'll own the development and execution of a go-to-market strategy aimed at attracting, converting, and retaining developers and strategic partners. You'll blend analytical rigor with unconventional thinking, testing and iterating rapidly across paid channels, optimizing conversion at every stage of the funnel, and crafting inventive, full-funnel experiences that deliver measurable business impact. Within three months, you'll become the go-to teammate on all things Growth, having implemented growth experiments and narrowed in on promising channels. Within six months, you'll be driving outcomes from ideation through implementation with minimal guidance, delivering industry-best month-over-month growth and positive ROAS. Within twelve months, you'll have attained mastery of growth initiatives and created a system to continuously ideate, experiment, and deliver results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in strategic revenue growth or B2B sales within a SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of developer infrastructure, particularly within the Web3 and crypto ecosystem
  • Familiarity with the needs, workflows, and pain points of a developer-focused audience
  • Proven ability to write, test, and iterate on copy, creative assets, and distribution strategies
  • Working knowledge of data analytics tools to track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance
  • Demonstrated experience scaling growth channels and driving revenue in a SaaS B2B environment
  • Comfortable engaging directly with decision makers at B2B organizations, with a track record of successfully educating and onboarding them onto SaaS platforms
  • A systematic problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and execution
  • Experience working in a remote or highly distributed team environment is a plus
