About the Role
You'll join the Marketing/Growth team to support and help execute day-to-day user acquisition campaigns across major paid channels, helping grow users and revenue for Xsolla-supported titles and products. You'll plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns spanning both B2B and B2C objectives, contribute to a structured testing roadmap, and monitor performance to surface optimization recommendations. You'll work closely with Art, Design, Product, and Analytics teams to brief creatives, ensure accurate tracking, and produce recurring performance reports. You'll also help manage budget pacing and keep documentation organized to support the team's efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Growth Marketing with hands-on exposure across B2B and/or B2C campaigns
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across one or more major advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/YouTube, or LinkedIn Ads)
- Working knowledge of performance metrics across B2B (CPL, MQL, pipeline contribution, CAC) and B2C (CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates) contexts
- Comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and performance tracking
- A collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with creative, sales, and product teams
- Organized and reasonably self-directed with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks
Responsibilities
- Support and help execute day-to-day user acquisition campaigns across key paid channels (Meta, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, Mobile DSPs)
- Plan launch and optimize performance campaigns across B2B and B2C objectives
- Contribute to a structured testing roadmap across targeting creative concepts bidding strategies and landing flows
- Monitor campaign performance and flag performance shifts and surface optimization recommendations
- Work closely with Art and Design teams to brief and iterate on ad creatives
- Collaborate with Product and Analytics stakeholders to support accurate tracking setup
- Contribute to recurring performance reports with summaries and suggested next steps
- Assist with budget tracking and spend pacing across campaigns
- Keep campaign documentation learnings and best practices organized and up to date
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with product launches promotions and key seasonal moments
