About the Role

You will lead TMGM's global growth strategy and customer acquisition initiatives, working closely with Product, CRM, Sales, Data, Technology, Compliance, and Executive Leadership. You'll own paid acquisition across channels like Meta, Google, and TikTok, build social media strategies, drive conversion rate optimisation, and manage growth marketing budgets and teams to support the company's long-term global expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing regional or global marketing teams
  • Proven experience in FinTech, Financial Services, Online Trading, Forex, CFDs, Crypto, or other high-growth digital industries
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, DSPs, Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer, or similar marketing platforms
  • Deep understanding of digital acquisition, attribution, paid media optimisation, and marketing analytics
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience leading multi-region marketing teams
  • Familiarity with financial products, online trading platforms, and global brokerage markets
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology (MarTech), attribution modelling, and customer analytics

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute TMGM's global growth marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Build annual, quarterly, and regional marketing roadmaps to support customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and scalable acquisition channels
  • Define growth KPIs and establish clear performance targets across regions
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Own the global paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, and other performance channels
  • Manage marketing budgets to maximise customer acquisition and return on investment
  • Optimise campaign performance through audience segmentation, bidding strategies, attribution modelling, and continuous A/B testing
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CAC, CPA, CPL, FTD, ROI, ROAS, and LTV
  • Evaluate and introduce new acquisition channels to diversify marketing growth
  • Develop and execute global and regional social media strategies aligned with brand and commercial objectives
  • Define content pillars, publishing cadence, and platform strategies across social platforms
  • Plan monthly and quarterly social media calendars
  • Balance brand awareness, customer education, community engagement, and conversion-driven content
  • Partner with regional teams, agencies, and content creators to maximise organic and paid social performance
  • Establish marketing measurement frameworks and reporting standards
  • Track, analyse, and report key marketing and acquisition metrics
  • Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
  • Partner with Data and CRM teams to ensure accurate attribution, tracking implementation, and dashboard development
  • Forecast marketing performance and optimise budget allocation based on data insights
  • Optimise the end-to-end customer acquisition journey across websites, landing pages, and mobile applications
  • Analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
  • Lead conversion rate optimisation initiatives through structured experimentation and A/B testing
  • Work closely with Product, Technology, UX/UI, and Development teams to improve user experience and marketing performance
  • Collaborate with Creative, Design, and Content teams to develop high-performing marketing creatives
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to strengthen campaign effectiveness and messaging
  • Drive creative testing strategies to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Ensure marketing assets remain consistent with global brand while supporting local market adaptation
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to execute scalable growth initiatives across global markets
  • Ensure alignment between global strategy and regional execution
  • Share best practices, campaign learnings, and performance insights across regions
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, CRM, Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Executive Leadership
  • Own the global growth marketing budget and optimise investment across acquisition channels
  • Evaluate agency performance and manage external marketing partners
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing Growth Marketing team
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
