About the Role
Build and optimize the platform's user growth framework, improve conversion across registration, KYC, deposits, and trading, develop segmentation models, run growth experiments, optimize campaigns and rewards systems, collaborate cross-functionally, and tailor strategies for different markets and user segments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 1–3 years of experience in Growth Operations, User Operations, Data Operations, or related fields
- Solid understanding of user lifecycle management, including acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify problems and growth opportunities through data
- Familiarity with A/B testing, user segmentation, and conversion funnel optimization
- Strong logical thinking, execution capability, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Prior experience in FinTech, payments, digital banking, brokerage, or financial services is preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize the platform's user growth framework
- Improve conversion rates across registration, KYC, deposits, and trading journeys
- Develop user segmentation models
- Implement targeted strategies for acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis
- Design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments
- Plan and optimize user growth campaigns, incentive programs, and rewards systems
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to drive growth initiatives
- Develop localized growth strategies for different markets and user segments
