About the Role
You will build and optimize the platform's user growth framework, working to continuously improve conversion rates across key user journeys such as registration, KYC, deposits, and trading. You will develop user segmentation models and craft targeted strategies for acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement. You will dig into data to identify growth opportunities, and design and run A/B tests and growth experiments. You will plan and optimize growth campaigns, incentive programs, and membership or rewards systems to boost engagement and asset retention. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to bring growth initiatives from concept to execution, and you will contribute to localization efforts by tailoring growth strategies to different markets and user segments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 1–3 years of experience in Growth Operations, User Operations, Data Operations, or related fields
- Solid understanding of user lifecycle management, with hands-on experience in acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and growth opportunities through data
- Familiar with growth methodologies such as A/B testing, user segmentation, and conversion funnel optimization
- Strong logical thinking, execution capability, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Prior experience in FinTech, payments, digital banking, brokerage, or financial services is preferred
