About the Role
You will run end-to-end reseller operations for Japan and Korea across marketplace and direct resale. You will manage onboarding, deal registration, orders, billing, incentives, localized support, vendors, reporting, and regional workflow improvements with global operations, finance, and commercial partners.
Requirements
- Several years of channel, reseller, distribution, or partner operations experience
- Working proficiency in Japanese, Korean, and English
- Knowledge of a major cloud-marketplace reseller program or equivalent resale-motion experience
- Experience with quote-to-order, order management, or partner billing
- Experience coordinating with Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal
- Experience documenting manual processes into workflows, service levels, and reporting
- Salesforce reporting and data-maintenance experience
- Experience managing vendors or contractors
- Experience with Japanese or Korean reseller and systems-integrator ecosystems
- Knowledge of local invoicing, credit, and consumption-tax conventions
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end reseller onboarding for Japan and Korea
- Maintain decision-grade partner records in Salesforce
- Run marketplace reseller deal-registration, authorization, private-offer, and transaction-reporting operations
- Run direct reseller quoting, order, provisioning, billing, commit-tracking, and true-up operations
- Coordinate local invoicing, currency, and consumption-tax handling
- Run regional reseller incentive eligibility, payout validation, and dispute operations
- Provide Japanese- and Korean-language reseller operational support
- Localize onboarding, deal-registration, and ordering content
- Manage regional outsourced or contracted operations capacity
- Own regional reseller reporting and identify operational improvements
- Adapt global operations playbooks for Japan and Korea
