About the Role
You will own consolidated reporting for a data-center delivery portfolio. You will track milestones, validate schedules and status data, maintain capacity forecasts, establish reporting standards, build executive reporting, and automate data-quality checks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of project controls, scheduling, or program reporting experience on large capital construction programs
- Multi-project portfolio reporting experience
- Scheduling tooling

- Written and chart-based communication for technical and executive audiences
Responsibilities
- Own consolidated milestone tracking across delivery projects
- Validate and reconcile schedule and status data from delivery partners
- Maintain portfolio capacity projections and variance-to-plan reporting
- Build reporting for delivery reviews and executive updates
- Define data standards, integrated-schedule conventions, and tooling conventions
- Automate reporting and data-quality checks
