About the Role
You will map planning processes, identify gaps, and gather stakeholder needs. You will design S&OP meeting routines and reporting tools, model production capacity, develop load-capacity comparison tools, document new processes, support advanced SAP use, train stakeholders, and propose continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Final-year engineering or master's student in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or production management
- Proficiency in office software
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and advanced functions
- Power BI knowledge is preferred
- VBA knowledge is preferred
- SAP knowledge is preferred
- Data analysis
- French proficiency
Responsibilities
- Map current demand, production, and supply planning processes
- Learn SAP use from another site entity
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and misalignment between functions
- Gather needs from sales, production, purchasing, and finance stakeholders
- Design S&OP meeting routines
- Develop standard reporting templates and dashboards
- Support initial S&OP cycles
- Model production capacities, resources, and bottlenecks
- Develop load-capacity comparison tools
- Define monitoring indicators
- Document new processes
- Support advanced SAP use
- Train relevant teams
- Propose continuous-improvement opportunities
