You will lead Forward Deployed Engineers delivering production-grade customer workflows. You will qualify and scope engagements, lead architecture reviews and executive discussions, maintain delivery quality, manage strategic customer relationships, escalate complex work, coach engineers, and build partner enablement and reusable delivery playbooks.
Requirements
- 8+ years leading technical teams that build and ship production software
- Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar experience
- Python

- Enterprise engineering environment diagnosis
- Technical team leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, architecture reviews, engagement scoping, and executive closes
- Build and present time-boxed proposals with clear ROI
- Serve as executive technical sponsor for priority customer engagements
- Ensure appropriate project scoping, milestone tracking, technical standards, and customer handoffs
- Identify and escalate product gaps, integration friction, and customer pain
- Manage active engagements and intervene on high-stakes accounts
- Build reusable Forward Deployed Engineering playbooks
- Lead, develop, and scale a team of Forward Deployed Engineers
- Hire Forward Deployed Engineers and set technical performance standards
- Coach engineers on scoping and production delivery
- Train and enable consulting partners in the Forward Deployed Engineering motion
