About the Role
You will embed with enterprise engineering teams to deploy and optimize agentic workflows across engineering, QA, support, data, and product. You will lead workshops and pair-programming sessions, configure Devin and integrations, measure productivity impact, and turn customer learnings into scalable enablement materials and playbooks.
Requirements
- STEM degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, deployment strategy, forward deployment, or solutions engineering
- Coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences
- Experience driving technical adoption and measurable impact
- Commercial acumen
- Verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Embed with engineering teams to drive adoption of Devin
- Architect and implement agentic workflows
- Lead workshops and pair-programming sessions
- Install, configure, and optimize Devin and associated tools
- Pair-program on production problems
- Track productivity metrics and communicate ROI
- Convert field learnings into scalable playbooks and best practices
- Create enablement materials based on customer learnings
