About the Role
You will lead Account Executives, own territory bookings, manage large enterprise opportunities, and forecast using MEDDIC. You will define territory strategy, recruit and coach sellers, close major deals, build executive relationships, and coordinate technical evaluations, contracts, renewals, and field feedback.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- At least 2 years managing high-level Account Executives
- 2+ years successfully selling to Fortune 500 companies
- Record of closing $1M+ ARR deals with Fortune 500 accounts
- Experience selling to technical executive buyers
- Proficiency in MEDDIC or a comparable enterprise sales methodology
- History of overachieving quota as an individual contributor and manager
- Ability to recruit top-tier sales talent
Responsibilities
- Own quarterly and annual territory bookings quotas
- Manage enterprise sales opportunities and forecast using MEDDIC
- Participate in executive meetings, negotiations, and key deals
- Recruit, hire, and develop Enterprise Account Executives
- Run weekly one-to-ones and deal reviews
- Define territory segmentation and account prioritization
- Build vertical-specific messaging and competitive positioning
- Partner with post-sales on expansion and renewals
- Develop executive relationships within key accounts
- Surface product gaps, competitive intelligence, and customer insights
- Collaborate on proofs of concept and technical evaluations
- Work on complex contract structures and terms
