About the Role
You will carry the regional People Enablement portfolio across performance, feedback, onboarding, and leadership and manager development. You will alternate between building global programs and executing them in North America, adapt headquarters initiatives for local needs, represent the function with senior stakeholders, define success measures, and improve onboarding and manager engagement.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience across talent, people, or related fields.
- Broad experience across people programs rather than deep specialization in one area.
- Ability to influence executives and provide constructive challenge.
- Technology and AI fluency.
- Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous, fast-moving situations.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours across global time zones.
Responsibilities
- Own the North American People Enablement portfolio across performance, feedback, onboarding, and leadership and manager development.
- Build global programs and execute them locally in North America.
- Represent the function with regional senior stakeholders and at leadership offsites.
- Adapt headquarters programs to local needs.
- Define success measures and report results.
- Deliver and improve global onboarding and manager-engagement work in the region.
