About the Role
You will partner with leaders across Engineering, Product, and Design to develop and execute people strategies. You will advise on talent planning and organizational design, analyze people data, support performance reviews and compensation planning, and coach managers through change and performance management.
Requirements
- Have 10 or more years of experience
- Have at least 3 years of Engineering or Product experience
- Know talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management
- Build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Understand state and federal labor-relations laws
- Use analytical problem-solving
- Adopt AI tools to improve work
Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with Engineering, Product, and Design leadership
- Advise on, create, and execute people strategies
- Consult on talent planning, organizational design, retention, and change management
- Use people data to identify retention risks and insights
- Support performance reviews, manager calibrations, training, compensation planning, and office hours
- Coach managers through change, performance management, feedback, and communication
- Implement development plans and manager training
