About the Role
You will operationalize talent philosophies and turn them into practical tools, frameworks, and operating mechanisms. You will build talent enablement resources, design self-service development strategies, strengthen talent retention and leadership pipelines, and lead high-priority talent strategy projects.
Requirements
- Have significant experience designing, scaling, and evolving talent management strategies and programs
- Influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional change without formal authority
- Translate ambiguous talent philosophies into scalable tools, frameworks, and operating mechanisms
- Apply business acumen and organizational judgment to talent decisions
- Be interested in reimagining talent management in an AI-native environment
Responsibilities
- Codify and evolve talent philosophies across performance, growth, leadership, career development, internal mobility, and early career
- Translate talent principles into practical tools and operating mechanisms
- Build talent enablement resources for People Partners and leaders
- Develop playbooks, manager guides, conversation frameworks, decision tools, and coaching resources
- Design self-service strategies that help leaders develop talent
- Improve mechanisms to identify, engage, develop, and retain talent
- Lead high-priority talent strategy projects
