About the Role
You will develop and execute long-term recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. You will analyze HR and recruitment data, improve end-to-end hiring processes, standardize selection criteria, train hiring managers, identify effective sourcing channels, and improve recruitment operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of recruitment or staffing-business experience
- Experience designing recruitment operations

- Develop recruitment strategies to achieve mid- to long-term business goals
- Analyze HR and recruitment data to improve hiring activities
- Improve the end-to-end recruitment process by identifying bottlenecks
- Standardize hiring criteria and streamline decision-making processes
- Train hiring managers on interviewing and candidate evaluation
- Research and introduce effective recruitment channels
- Identify and improve recruitment operational issues
