About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting for G&A roles across EMEA, from intake through offer and close. You will partner with hiring managers on role scoping and sourcing, build diverse candidate pipelines, run structured interviews, manage candidate communication, structure offers, and use pipeline data to inform hiring decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle G&A recruiting experience with a focus on Policy hiring
- Experience recruiting in the UK and European market
- Stakeholder partnership with hiring managers
- Pipeline management under volume pressure
- Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for G&A roles across EMEA

- Run structured, candidate-centric interview processes
