About the Role
You will support corporate functions by sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent. You will advise hiring managers, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, provide updates, lead compensation negotiations, create intake forms, and help structure interview processes during a six-month contract with potential extension.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience across Engineering, Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, or broader G&A hiring
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools
- Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
- Salary and equity negotiation skills
- Ability to meet or exceed hiring goals
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy
- Experience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATS
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
