About the Role

You will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, GTM, and G&A roles. You will build a repeatable, data-driven hiring engine including pipeline generation, interview loops, scorecards, and closing strategies. You will develop the talent brand through outbound campaigns and creative sourcing, and deliver a compelling candidate experience. You will collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria, manage recruiting tools and analytics, run founder-level searches, and introduce scalable processes. Optionally, you may own contract pipelines, university recruiting experiments, or initial people-ops workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth startups
  • Demonstrated ability to hire technical and GTM roles with high talent bars
  • Track record of building and operating early-stage recruiting systems from scratch
  • Strong sourcing abilities, especially outbound
  • Excellent storytelling and selling skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence founders and senior candidates
  • Highly organized, metrics-oriented, and comfortable operating autonomously
  • Experience thriving in 0→1 environments
  • Deep empathy for candidates and commitment to delivering a great experience
  • Bonus: experience setting up ATS systems, compensation frameworks, or employer branding
  • Bonus: experience in Web3 / crypto native companies

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, GTM, and G&A roles
  • Build a repeatable data-driven hiring engine including pipeline generation, interview loops, scorecards, and closing strategies
  • Develop the talent brand through outbound campaigns, creative sourcing, and candidate experiences
  • Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Serve as a culture carrier and help shape hiring philosophy, values, and operational rigor
  • Manage recruiting tools, systems, and analytics and introduce scalable processes
  • Build and nurture a diverse, high-caliber talent network
  • Run founder-level searches and close candidates in competitive markets
  • Own or support contract pipelines, university recruiting experiments, or initial people-ops workflows
