About the Role
You will lead communications searches from intake through offer and serve as the primary recruiter for the communications function. You will source and engage passive candidates, advise senior leaders on talent markets and hiring strategy, run a high-touch process, and translate hiring data into recommendations. You may also support Brand and Marketing hiring as the organization grows.
Requirements
- Communications, PR, or adjacent recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Ability to advise senior leaders using data
- Clear writing and attention to detail
- 10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
- Experience closing senior hard-to-fill roles
- Experience recruiting for a high-growth technology company
- Communications-talent network
- Executive hiring experience
- Experience using AI tools for recruiting
Responsibilities
- Own communications searches from intake through offer
- Source and engage passive candidates
- Advise senior leaders on talent availability, cost, and hiring strategy
- Build trust with senior leaders and use data to challenge decisions
- Run a high-touch candidate and hiring-manager process
- Turn hiring data into recommendations
- Handle executive and confidential searches with discretion
- Support Brand and Marketing hiring as needed
