About the Role
You will manage full-cycle recruiting for scientific roles across Technology Centers. You will source, screen, interview, and close candidates; advise hiring managers; align stakeholders on evaluations and timelines; build scalable recruiting processes; and provide a strong candidate experience.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree and 8+ years of full-cycle life sciences recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting across scientific functions and seniority levels, including senior and leadership roles
- Experience recruiting in relevant biology areas, including genome engineering, cellular engineering, multi-omics, molecular biology, cell biology, or neuroscience
- Strong sourcing and closing skills for passive candidates and senior-level talent
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Experience guiding hiring managers through the recruiting process
- Proficiency with an ATS such as Greenhouse
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for roles across Technology Centers
- Build candidate pipelines through multi-channel sourcing
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and close offers
- Advise hiring managers and align stakeholders on hiring decisions, timelines, and tradeoffs
- Improve scalable recruiting processes
- Represent Arc Institute's mission and values in candidate interactions
