About the Role
You will lead end-to-end recruiting for Applied AI roles, including solutions architects, pre-sales engineers, and front-line managers. You will partner with leaders on hiring strategies, source specialized talent, create candidate experiences, build pipelines, use AI tools, and provide market insights.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting for customer-facing technical roles
- Understanding of LLMs, APIs, cloud architecture, and enterprise system integration
- Ability to assess communication of complex technical concepts
- Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with technical hiring managers
- 5+ years of technical or technical-sales recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for pre-sales or solutions-engineering roles in AI or machine learning
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for Applied AI roles
- Partner with leadership to develop hiring strategies
- Execute sourcing strategies for specialized technical talent
- Create candidate experiences
- Build talent pipelines for LLM, cloud architecture, enterprise integration, and technical consulting expertise
- Share recruiting practices, market insights, and candidate leads
- Use AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency
- Provide insights on compensation trends and talent availability
